Crispin House
A shared house offering supported accommodation for those with a homeless history and indentified learning and training needs. The accommodation houses four residents and is situated only a short walk away from CATH’s Harold Tomlins Resource & Learning Centre (HTC & LC)
The proximity of the accommodation to the HTC & LC provides ready access to education, training, health and advice services. A great emphasis will be placed on readying clients for employment and a return to secure independent accommodation in the local community.
Ermine Road & Garden Lane
Secure supported accommodation in shared houses on the outskirts of the city. The properties collectively house 13 individuals in a supported environment that places a heavy emphasis on clients returning back into independent living circumstances.
Learning, training and volunteering are all available areas of activity that clients are encouraged to involve themselves in. The clients enjoy staff support and have access to all services currently being delivered through the HTC & LC.
The ethos throughout the CATH supported accommodation model is one of ‘learning and training changes lives’. A comfortably supported home, combined with adequately resourced training opportunities, can make a real difference.
